Staff Highlight: Renetta
After 31 years in the airline industry, Renetta took an early retirement to help care for her grandchildren before and after school. She wanted to get a part time job to fill in her days while the children were at school and wanted a job where she could work with people and really make a difference. Renetta has been with A Move Handled With Care for 4 years and is currently one of our Team Leads. She has a degree in HR management and was a notary for over 20 years.
Her favorite part of the job is seeing the relief and satisfaction on our client’s faces when our work and their move is complete. It never gets old to hear, “You guys are amazing!”, or “I don’t know how you do it?!”, and “You work so hard!”. She also enjoys that she gets to carry out a plan that was put into place and see it to its completion. When challenges arise, it provides Renetta an opportunity to brainstorm another idea to accomplish the client’s wishes. Renetta enjoys organizing kitchens and closets for our clients and it helps that she is one of our tallest employees!
In Renetta’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 2 grandchildren, traveling with her husband, listening to music, singing in her church choir, cooking and trying out new recipes.
