We also assisted her family in performing a clean-out by taking furniture and personal items to several local family member’s homes. Overall, the move went smoothly and we were happy to have helped this family during an important transition.

“Moving our mother from an Independent Living facility to an Assisted Living facility was particularly challenging during the time of COVID because we couldn’t be on site to help with the process. A Move Handled With Care helped us get Mom’s new apartment settled comfortably.  We provided photos and a general outline of what we wanted and they did a great job of putting all the pieces together.  The communication was great throughout the process—they responded quickly to our initial inquiry, scheduled a date quickly, and reached out while the work was actually in process to check in, get clarification and explain some judgment calls they were making.
