Village at Belmar
A Move Handled With Care was hired to assist Village at Belmar throughout the duration of their construction repair in the community’s independent living buildings. We moved 40 resident occupied units to and from renovated units on the property. Our team packed all identified items by construction team to remain safely out of the way in the unit during construction while moving residents and their basic items to a temporary unit. Once back in their permanent unit, unpack and staged all items to their original state.
Cadence of Lakewood
A Move Handled With Care was hired to assist during a resident-occupied community remodel in the assisted living portion of the community. We moved 45 residents, office, and common spaces to new units within the community. All residents and personal items were moved to new permanent apartment within the property and set up exactly as it was before.
Someren Glen
A Move Handled With Care was hired to assist during a community remodel in the independent living portion of the community at Someren Glen. Our team moved 55 resident-occupied apartments to and from renovated units on site. We moved whole apartments/personal belongings to temporary units and then back to permanent units.
